Preliminary design

We will produce schematic drawings and a commercial offer detailing the technical specifications and the cost. We will also provide a few options for the architectural finishes along with price and an indicative schedule for the installation. If your area is already a car park and is crammed with cars, we will suggest a phased construction where you will lose not all the parking capacity during construction, but only a small fraction of it. This would only apply if your area is sizeable enough to be portioned off.

Planning application

If you consider the package a valid package that is of interest for you, and you want to go ahead and obtain approval for the project, you can do so without any commitment to us. We produce layouts and elevations and provide details of how we intend to realize the building services. At this stage we liaise with your architect and define with him in more detail the documents and drawings that he will have to present to the local authorities, to the fire brigade etc. The architect will have our full support in order to prepare the paperwork.

Contract

Once the project is granted planning consent, if you are happy with everything and want to have the car park built, at this stage we will discuss contractual matters and you will be in the position to issue to us a purchase order, to have us on site in a matter of few weeks.
